We welcome our new neighbour at 268 Orchard! With the recent successful launch of the new Christopher Guy flagship store in Singapore, featuring luxury furniture and home decorations, there were modern pieces of mirrors and statues on display to complete the living room or bedroom.
Everything in the showroom was made to look organic and hand-crafted as much as possible, giving the home aesthetic a more human touch. There were minimal sharp edges or corners, making sure that the household furnishings were seen as custom-made rather than mass-produced. Metals like copper and tints of gold were used to give objects a lovely shimmer, and glass was experimented with to create unusual artworks. Even a coffee table had the potential to be a conversation piece.
